At BusinessU Ventures, our mission is to empower the next generation of leaders by providing innovative, experiential learning opportunities that prepare students to tackle the world's most pressing challenges. Through immersive programs like the Climate Challenge at Oxford, we aim to equip young minds with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to drive sustainable change and create positive global impact. We are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive educational environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Our Founder and CEO
Princess Agina
Hailing from Houston, Texas, Princess Agina boasts a rich background in community and economic development, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Before earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Oxford, she served as an Economic Development Specialist for the County of Hawai’i and was appointed as the Film Commissioner for the Island of Hawai’i, spearheading creative industries and economic development initiatives.
Her global experience includes work as a Fulbright Scholar in Mérida, México, focusing on education and social entrepreneurship, and over two years in Costa Rica with the Peace Corps, enhancing eco-tourism business models and consulting micro-entrepreneurs and women cooperatives. In the U.S., she has contributed to Teach For America’s educational strategies, developed policies for Louisiana, and created marketing strategies for Walmart. Currently, she leads BusinessU Ventures, leveraging over 10 years of experience to develop curriculum and lecture at Oxford University and other major institutions, focusing on inspiring students to become changemakers.
