This program offers deep dives into the UK's leading climate-focused firms, enriched by academic rigour. Collaborate on global teams to forge real-world solutions, culminating in a high-stakes pitch competition. Educational excursions across the UK's storied landscapes and sessions led by Oxford's distinguished lecturers complement your journey. Conclude with a CV writing workshop followed by a networking mixer.

The course is delivered August 11-17. Many of the sessions will include guest speakers and company visits. The session will include a mix of case studies, presentations, discussions, and interactive group work.

What You’ll Do

Delve into the evolving landscape of sustainability within the Climate Challenge - Oxford course by BusinessU. This intensive program explores how innovative solutions in sustainability are reshaping industries, from renewable energy to sustainable agriculture and beyond. Harnessing insights from related disciplines such as Environmental Policy, Sustainable Innovation, and Green Technology, the course aims to uncover the transformative power of sustainable practices. Through interactive field trips in Oxford, a hub for environmental research and activism, students will engage with leading sustainability pioneers, gaining firsthand experience in pioneering sustainable change.

A College Away from Home

Once you arrive to the UK, you will be shuttled to your college accomodation. The College system is one of Oxford’s best known traditions. There are 43 colleges at Oxford, each with its own character and story and you’ll get to stay at one of Oxford’s most historic college. Alongside a tradition of academic excellence, it’s extensive grounds has seen prime ministers, nobel laureates, and notable inventors. Prepared to be inspired. Here, all breakfast and dinner meals will be covered.

The Climate Challenge-Oxford program costs $5,000 (including shuttle to and from the airport, accommodation, buffet breakfast, buffet dinner, lectures, site visits, and cultural activities).
